How we Ship Your Products

BuyRolls.com has chosen UPS as our preferred shipping provider. We reserve the right to ship via LTL carriers on larger shipments.

How we Determine the Shipping Prices

*Free Shipping on 10 + cases of Paper Rolls


Shipping charges are calculated based upon the weight of the shipment and the destination zip code. We have a shipping calculator on the view cart page.  Enter your zip code and you will see your shipping charges.

All orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be shipped out on the following business day. Most orders reach our customers within two to three business days from time of shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We are currently shipping within the Contiguous 48 States only.
  • BuyRolls.com does not ship to P.O. Boxes

BuyRolls.com may choose to alter these shipping restrictions at any time. We also reserve the right to ship items with alternate carriers as needed.


Return Policy:
- Non defective returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee
- All returns for credit must be received within 30 days of purchase.
- All returns within 30 - 60 days of purchase will receive merchandise credit (less 15% restocking fee)
- No returns after 60 days

-All returned merchandise must be in re-saleable condition-Shipping cost will not be reimbursed on returned or refused merchandise.
-Please call for RA number before returning any product.

We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.

 5. Privacy and Our Business Partners. When we make our technology or services available to business partners, we will not share with them any more consumer information than is necessary and we will make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or otherwise, that they use our technology and services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.
